Portsmouth Muay Thai is a dedicated full-time Muay Thai gym in Portsmouth, providing authentic Thai Boxing training for complete beginners, experienced students and competitive fighters.

Whether you want to get fit, build confidence, learn Muay Thai or compete, our experienced coaches will help you progress through structured, technical training in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We offer Muay Thai classes for adults, beginners, juniors aged 6–10 and youth aged 11–14, as well as women's classes, sparring, advanced training and personal training.
